Abstract
This paper examines the experience of the organization and functioning of national parks north of Canada. Tourism development is an integral part of public policy with a combination of market mechanisms and the conservation of traditional nature of Indigenous Peoples. As a result, tourism has become the main component of economic activities in protected areas, which takes place at the joint management on the basis of land agreements.
