Abstract
The problem of subject’s professional formation (SPF) in socionomic professions on the model of state employees, managers of commercial companies, private security offi cers is considered. Phenomena, laws, and mechanisms of integration of biological, psychological and social in a man are studied. Temporal characteristics as essential qualities of SPF phenomena its macro-, mezo-, and micro cycles are specifi ed. Peculiarities of social environment (macro-, mezo- and micro environment) as conditions for subject’s professional formation are analyzed. Initial statements of the approach are: subject’s choice for developing and functioning in specifi c professional and social environment, emphasis on career determinants and “career cycles”; inclusion (along with subject’s personal characteristics) actual components of social macro-, mezo- and micro environment in the object of study.

Sub'ektivnaya znachimost' faktorov sotsial'noj sredy i uspeshnost' “vertikal'noj” professional'noj kar'ery sub'ekta sopryazheny s uspeshnost'yu ego samorealizatsii v sem'e (sostoyaniem v brake, prodolzhitel'nost'yu semejnogo stazha, nalichiem i kolichestvom detej).

V professional'nykh podgruppakh, razlichayuschikhsya po dolzhnostnym pozitsiyam (rukovoditeli vysshego, srednego i nizovogo zvena, spetsialisty), otmechaetsya stupenchatoe ponizhenie znachimosti faktorov sotsial'noj sredy v professional'nom stanovlenii sub'ekta. Razlichiya ne ogranichivayutsya lish' kolichestvennoj vyrazhennost'yu sostava uslovij, no takzhe svyazany s ikh organizatsiej kak sub'ektivno znachimykh. Korrelyatsionnye pleyady znachimykh uslovij u lits, zanimayuschikh dolzhnosti rukovoditelej raznogo urovnya kak v gosudarstvennoj sluzhbe, tak i v kommercheskikh kompaniyakh, mozhno kharakterizovat' kak “gibkie” struktury, a u spetsialistov, ispolnitelej – kak “fragmentarnye”.
