Abstract
Is there still a place for expressing the truth of architecture in the sense of its special purpose in our time – the time of high – tech domination? In modern cities, like a web of virtual reality, buildings that belong to the category of clone architecture are multiplying, as can be seen in the examples of “entertainment, mobile, frivolous buildings” and shapeless, tasteless buildings that do not take into account the surrounding landscape for shopping and business centers. This "pseudo-architecture" is created using software, does not need architects and is devoid of originality. At the end of the article, we Express cautious optimism that there may still be strategies and development scenarios aimed at universal clones of people, objects, buildings and the dominance of ubiquitous virtual reality.
