Abstract
The article deals with the problems of bioethics as a sphere of innovation. Having considered the differences in society's approaches to problems related to life and health, the author comes to the conclusion that the problem of innovative strategies for social development is not so much in achieving a certain level of technical, scientific, managerial, etc.capabilities, but also in the presence of social conditions that form the main opportunities and obstacles to all planned innovations.
