Abstract

The article discusses the main city-level, district-level, university-level and h-tech park-level measures taken by Beijing government for return of talented Chinese professionals from overseas. It analyses some startups and top-companies of returned specialists, quantifies the place of returnee’s companies in the innovative development of Beijing.
