Abstract: Basic results of the 8^th meeting of the political scientists from Russia, India and China in November 2008 in Xiamen are presented. Article summarized participants' approaches to the cooperation among three countries in struggle against global economic crisis, in agriculture and in resolving the Afghan problem.
