- Abstract
- According to the author, there are differences in the interpretation by historians of Taiwan and China of sources concerning Moscow's financial assistance to the "party army" The Kuomintang in the 1920s, due to the different worldview and ideological attitudes of researchers, and these attitudes must be taken into account when forming their own arguments in the course of direct scientific discussions. The article presents documentary evidence of the receipt of cash by the representatives of the "party army" from the Soviet side, traces the course of the adoption and implementation of some decisions of Moscow regarding the allocation of sums of money to support the Kuomintang and its armed forces.
