Abstract

The article analyzes the role of the" border zone of openness " of the People's Republic of China in the socio-economic dynamics of the adjacent territories. The effectiveness of certain forms of openness can be traced on the materials of regional statistical collections. On the example of Heilongjiang Province, the effectiveness of "openness" preferences of various types is compared.
