- Abstract
- The deepening global financial crisis is forcing China to make adjustments in its investment cooperation with the West. From the author's point of view, the creation of the new international investment district of Tianjin-Binhai is considered by the Chinese leadership as an important stage in the country's transition from a "catch-up" to a "leading" model of development.
