- Abstract
- The article analyses the application of new technologies in the process of reforming state machinery in the PRC. Along with the appearance and spreading out e-technologies on the planet so-called "e-governance" conception had been created. The PRC leaders consider "e-governance" as a very important tool and means which can smooth the process of Chinese administrative reforms. The article describes the realization of "e-government" strategy. Specific examples of Chinese "e-governance" achievements are observed.
