- Abstract
- The province of Heilongjiang, bordering with the Russian Far East and Siberia, is the key counterpart in the Russian-Chinese trade. Exactly the trade and economic intercourse with Heilongjiang was a source of the so called "grey custom outlay" and other uncivilized forms and methods of cooperation in outcross border trade.
