- Abstract
- The article deals with the problem of political repressions against the so-called “Harbin”. It identified three key stages in which “Harbin” were persecuted by the Soviet authorities. In the situation where the scale of repression was becoming wider, “Harbin” who lived on the territory of foreign State, could not be left out, and their fate had been actually determined.
