Abstract
The article deals with the activities of the British Ambassador A. Clark-Kerr in the USSR in 1942-1946. His negotiations with I. V. Stalin, V. M. Molotov, M. M. Litvinov, I. M. Maysky, his participation in the international meetings and conferences are in detail presented.
