Abstract

The article looks upon the tendencies of the Colombian economic developmentfrom the middle of the previous century to the present moment. Basing on factsand statistical data the author examines different sectors of the Colombian economy andunderscores the aspects where the influence of the armed conflict is clearly observed.Moreover, the article suggest ideas on the future economic development of Colombia inthe context of post-conflict development.
