Abstract
A new publication on the history of Russian peasant everyday life in its gender aspect belongs to the pen of a Tambov historian, for many years it has been considering the problems of ethnography of Russian traditions and customary rights, life, family and marriage, deviant behavior of the inhabitants of Russia in the 19th - early 20th centuries.
