Статья посвящена анализу мотивации участников неформальных отношений, известных в Китае как гуаньси. Автор приходит к выводу, что именно экономический мотив является преобладающим в объединении участников в цепочки и группы, в которых частный интерес удовлетворяется через коллективные действия за счет перераспределения общественных или корпоративных ресурсов.
