- The author considers the factors of forming and consolidation of pyrotechnic stereotype of nature management, which is identified with application of "burning out" means in various spheres of economic activity, primarily - as a means of land cultivation. He examines the role of such social phenomena as the first settlers squatting on the ground, land surplus and so-called "yellow-labour".
