- Abstract
- The article deals with the main lines of crime fighting in modern China through the mechanism of the existing criminal law in the PRC. The main emphasis is made on law enforcement practice at the most important and resonant recent criminal cases. Particular attention is paid to sentences made by Chinese people's courts at various levels in relation to those who have committed particularly serious crimes.
