- Abstract
- The article reviews the history of conclusion of the above-mentioned Treaty and points out its significance for the strengthening friendly ties between the Soviet Union and China. It contains evaluation and description of character of the Soviet-Chinese relations in various periods covered by the Treaty. An attempt had been made to analyse the process of their normaliza-tion on a new basis after the 1950 Treaty ceased to be effective.
