Abstract
Enhancing food security depends on the possibilities for extending the use of natural resources. In the leading fishing countries aquaculture is recognized as one of the main factors to improve the state of the economy, ensure food security, increase employment and export earnings. China has reached the average words level of consumption of fish products per capita, saturated of internal market food proteins due to the development of aquaculture.
