- Abstract
- The article discusses the activities of the founder of the Communist party of Vietnam, the leader of the August revolution, the first President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, his efforts to defend the country’s sovereignty and the fight against colonial domination. The author traces how ideas of Ho Chi Minh are implemented in foreign policy of modern Vietnam.
