- Abstract
The author considers the promotion of the “German issue” after 1945 into the forefront of European politics and its transformation into one of the main centers of the “cold war”. The conditions and features of the creation and formation of the two German states and the development of foreign policy concepts in West Germany that influenced the future foreign policy of Germany are explored.
